Pilates for beginners

Join Lou, founder of York Pilates People, for an introduction to some of the principles of a Pilates, and some of the exercises that we commonly teach at YPP. In the first 5 minutes, Lou will talk you through some key pieces of information that you need to know. Then you’ll get down to your mat to begin some gentle exercises.
