We currently offer two weekend classes at YPP:
Sunday 10am – Pilates with Maddie (mixed abilities)
A fundamentals based class with progressions suited for all levels and energy based on a Sunday morning. A well rounded mat based workout with a little bit of balance work thrown in for good measure! Come out feeling strong, aligned and ready for the day.
Sunday 11am – Power Vinyasa Flow with Maddie
A powerful Vinyassa based flow focusing on the fundamental postures in ladder progressions with challenging options to take your practise to the next level. Move, flow and re-energise!

I use my grounding in sports therapy and current study in Physiotherapy to provide an informed practice in Pilates and yoga where there will always be options to scale up and scale down allowing you to choose your level depending on how you are feeling on the day.
If you can’t find me teaching or practising Pilates or yoga you’ll find me running with my dog, swimming (without the dog, he doesn’t like water) or studying occasionally.
