Do I need to bring a mat?
Nope. We provide good quality, thick mats that give you the right level of cushioning for a Pilates class. We also provide all the equipment that you’ll need for class.
How does membership work?
Standard Membership is £35 per month, and gives you one class per week. Your payments are taken on the same date each month – so if you join on the 5th, you’ll pay on the 5th of each month.
We also offer a “Pilates Hustle” membership (£30 per month for selected classes) and a “Twice as Nice” membership (£50 per month for 2 classes per week). To see full details, click on ‘Join’ at the top of the page.
You can come at the same time each week, or book flexibly through our online booking system. There is no commitment – you can take a month off at any time.
Do you do drop-ins?
Drop-ins are available for our weekend classes only.
For other classes, if you’d like to try out YPP before joining, you can do so for £5 – click here to book.
After that, you pay per month, not per class. However, you don’t have to book the same class each week. If you miss a week for any reason, you are welcome to attend two classes the following week, or mix it up any way you like.
Do you have a changing room?
Yes. However, if it’s possible for you to change before arriving at the studio, we recommend that you do so.
Can I park nearby?
The nearest car park is a 3 minute walk away at Clifford’s Tower – click here for the car park location and pricing. There is also limited pay and display parking on Cumberland Street, directly outside the studio.
Where can I leave my bike?
There are bicycle racks directly opposite the studio, on Cumberland Street.
I have an chronic health condition, can I still attend?
If you have any concerns about your ability to take part in a class, it’s best to book a 1:1 session to start off with. This allows you to work through some of the exercises at your own pace, and to find any adaptations that you might need for class.
